Cleaning the Home Tech Flavor Injector is quick and easy!
Simply pour the leftover sauce back into the original bottle. There is no waste because the sauce in the injector never touches the food (traditional marinating is pouring the entire bottle of sauce into a ziplock bag, soaking the meat in the refrigerator overnight and then throwing away about 95% of the marinade). To clean the Home Tech Flavor Injector:
Fill with hot soapy water Replace the lid Shake and pump the soapy water through the needles Rinse and dry with a paper towel
